Two of the men who admitted to the so-called satanic ritual killing of 18-year-old Kirsty Theologo have each been sentenced to 17 years in jail.
The sentences – of which five years were suspended – were handed down to Lester Moody and Jeremy King, both 18, in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court yesterday, The Citizen reported.
Both men entered into a plea bargain with the State in a bid to get a lesser sentence.

Satanic ritual trial postponed

Johannesburg - The trial of three men and a girl accused of killing a teenager in an apparent satanic ritual has been postponed to April 15 by the High Court in Johannesburg, Eyewitness News reported on Friday.
Lindon Wagner, 21, Robin Harwood, 18, and Harvey Isha, 23, have been in custody since being denied bail in November last year.
